Connected au provides a digital membership subscription service offering online content, resources, and community access. All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
Failure to read or understand these Terms does not exempt you from them.
Upon successful payment, members receive immediate access to the Connected au digital platform.
Access is provided electronically. No physical goods are supplied as part of the digital membership. (The Offline Box is a separate product subject to its own terms.)
By purchasing a membership, you authorise Connected au to:
Billing timing. Subscription charges are intended to occur on a recurring billing cycle aligned with your original purchase date. In some cases, billing dates may vary slightly due to system processing, payment provider timing, or administrative adjustments.
Billing integrity. Connected au will maintain one active subscription per member unless otherwise selected by the member. Any duplicate or unintended charges identified will be reviewed and corrected. Connected au does not intentionally process duplicate or overlapping subscriptions without member consent.
Connected au reserves the right to adjust membership pricing and modify subscription plans or billing structures.
Where pricing changes occur, reasonable notice will be provided where practicable and changes will apply prospectively to future billing cycles. Continued use of the membership after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
While Connected au takes reasonable care in billing processes, you acknowledge that billing systems may occasionally experience errors or inconsistencies. In the event of an error (including duplicate or incorrect charges), Connected au will investigate and rectify the issue promptly, which may include refunds, billing adjustments or subscription corrections.
Membership cancellations require a minimum of 30 days' notice prior to the next billing period.
Connected au provides immediate access to digital services. Fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required under Australian Consumer Law, or where an error in billing has occurred. Refunds may be issued at Connected au's discretion in cases of duplicate charges, incorrect billing, or system errors.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Connected au may update membership features, platform access, and these Terms and Conditions. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
Members are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under their account. Membership access is for individual use only.
Connected au may suspend or terminate access where members breach these Terms, or engage in harmful or disruptive behaviour.
All content remains the property of Connected au and may not be reproduced without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connected au is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These Terms are governed by Australian law.
