Connected au operates as a paid digital subscription service. By signing up, you acknowledge and agree that:
The subscription nature of the service is clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
Upon successful payment, members receive immediate access to the Connected au digital platform, including member-only content, resources, and community features. As access is provided instantly, the service is considered delivered at the time of purchase.
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase, you authorise Connected au to:
You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain current and valid.
Connected au reserves the right to change membership pricing, introduce new pricing structures or plans, and modify billing cycles, timelines, or payment frequency. Where required, reasonable notice of pricing changes will be provided. Continued use of the membership after any pricing or billing change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
All membership cancellations require a minimum of 30 days' notice prior to the next billing date.
Stopping payment, disputing a charge, or failing to use the service does not constitute cancellation.
Connected au provides access to digital services immediately upon purchase. Accordingly, membership fees are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a remedy if the service is not delivered with due care and skill, is not fit for its intended purpose, or does not match the description provided.
Connected au may update this Subscription, Pricing & Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of the membership after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Members agree to contact Connected au directly regarding billing or cancellation issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Initiating a chargeback does not override this policy or the requirement to cancel with appropriate notice.
